The primary benefit of anti-sensitivity toothpaste is to alleviate the discomfort associated with sensitive teeth.
It contains active ingredient potassium nitrate which help block the tubules in the dentin, preventing stimuli (such as hot, cold, or sweet foods and drinks) from reaching the nerves inside the teeth.
It also contains fluoride, which helps to strengthen tooth enamel. Stronger enamel can reduce the likelihood of cavities and further erosion, which are common causes of sensitivity.

Potassium Nitrate, Sorbitol, Silica Hydrate, Deionized Water (Aqua), Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Lauryl Amate, Natural Mint Flavour, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Mica Powder, Ammonium Benzoate, Menthol, Silica, Hydroxyapatite, CI 16255 Red.
Sodium Fluoride (1450 ppm F).
How to use

Put a small amount of toothpaste (about the size of a pea) on the head of the toothbrush. Brush teeth for 2 minutes.
After brushing, spit out any excess toothpaste. Don't rinse your mouth immediately after brushing, as it will wash away the concentrated active ingredients in the remaining toothpaste, this dilutes it and reduces it’s preventative effects.
